Delete your Strings account

This deletes your Strings account and the progress, trophies, friends and leaderboard entries saved with it. It can't be undone.

Subscriptions are billed by the store

Deleting your account does not cancel a Strings Premium subscription. Cancel it first in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
